    No sooner do I start to cook than I get folks coming to my door. Then all my kids call, and one shows up. Don’t know how word got out so fast!

    Chip the Chef is cooking up some “Chipped Beef”! LOL! No movie last night, Mayor SueQ. We had to take Chip Jr. to the doctor with very bad allergies and asthma, that’s why he went to bed when he came home from school yesterday. He’s had the whooping cough twice this year, and has been coughing like a baby seal. The hot (108*), bad air quality weather here in Fresno, CA, is at a dangerous level for those with asthma and allergies, (like Big Chip has, too). We will go see Wolverine when Lil’ Chippy recovers. :*)

    Ummm! the meat is so tender it flakes apart when you fork it, and the gravy is damn near perfect! Oh! This is GOOD!

    Oh Chip, I’m a lady of 57 years. Shhhhh though, don’t tell. Gatorpaw comes from my love of the Florida Gators football team. I’ve been a fan since the 60’s when Steve Spurrier was the QB there. The ‘paw’ part just means foot. I needed a screen name for a Gator chat site and came up with that one, and I use it everywhere just about. I’ve got 3 kids and 2 grands. (so far)
