Anne, things are going pretty good here. So Far anyway! Other than it being ungodly hot, as usual. Florida in July is not a fun place to be. April is wonderful though, especially the first part, when all the orange trees are in bloom. Just walk out the front door and the air is full of their sweet aroma. November is another good month, actually the last half of October is usually nice too. Not so hot then! But JULY… Forget It!!!
Gatorpaw, it gets pretty miserable here too, Very Hot & the Humidity is awful. Can’t stand to be outside in it. I love the spring it’s nice at that time, the wisteria & gardenias start to bloom & fill the air with their fragrances. So nice sitting on the back porch!! Then I like the first part of fall.
Now Chipster don’t you go melting away!!! Get in that air conditioning & stay there!!!! LOL :0) :0)
I remember when I was in Fresno, man o man was it ever HOT! But not so humid as here. But still very hot. I remember a street there that was lined on both sides with tall palm trees. Very nice. Reminded me on home. We stopped at the Walmart and traded in a tv that wasn’t working to well. (one that played off the cig. lighter in the truck) The kids had tapes they watched as I drove. We had a blast in California. It is very beautiful there. The valley was nice, but hot. I loved all the farms though.
Anne, I think we should “go jump in a lake”! It’s much cooler! Gatorpaw, I’m having Deja Vu about you being here in Fresno. Have we met? *wink wink* That street you mentioned that is lined with tall palm trees is Kearney Boulevard. Yes, it is beautiful. I’m glad that you and your family enjoyed your Califonia trip and stops in Fresno and the Central Valley. Hot? Heck yeah! Whew! 80)
Yes Gatorpaw I’m in Georgia. I have that STML myself at times. (Short Term Memory Loss) LOL!!!!! Hope you have a great Sunday!!
